Marcus Triun - Part 42 (Ankhet)

I'm a Nomad called Ankhet Haram. I'm a worshipper of my goddess Safi, from my country Safilore. As you know , the known countries in our region are : Arishalore (Known as Arisha, the Goddess of light.), Niarlore (Known as Niar, the Goddess of Darkness. Not particularly evil intended.) And my lovely Safilore(Known as my beautiful Goddess Safi, Goddess of Neutrality). I was meditating in the Desert, Safilore is known for her sandbanks and the always shining sun. I was a blind nomad, my other senses were further developed then most people because of this . I had a crow, which was my everything. I could see through his eyes, and he felt my pain. Without him I would've probably already died in the deserts. But Safi saved and protected me. She gave me a blessing, she gave me Laohara the crow. In my language Laohara means Blind Eyes. I found it pretty fitting. I was meditating, when I felt an eruption in the sand. This can't be happening. All the years I followed Safi, I discovered alot. Especially of the meaning why we are all here on this world. Our mission. They created us and the world. And we slowly tear it apart with our useless wars and fights. I live in peace, and that's why Safi accepted me as her first and only personal Nomad. She has visited me more then once. What she also told me, is that a grand disaster will happen in my lifetime. Demons, also known as Ayakashi by the people who don't know anything about them, will strike our world. And will create massive disasters and will destroy our whole community. If the Ayakashi won't be stopped , we will all serve as their blood - slaves and centuries of pain and torture will occur. So, the three Goddess planned something thousands of years ago to stop the Ayakashi from destroying the world(The Goddess' are also known as the Creators of the World) . Safi let me in on this intelligence, and told me of an old lore told from generation, until generation . Although this generation forgot the whole lore, the Goddess' ofcourse still remembered it. The lore went like this :

"When Corruption, Evil and Ego corrupt the world,

The Goddess' Chosen ones, will rise up and fight,

All with their own specialities and flaws,

Five of 'em that are supposed to save this era,

All possesing a part of a power,

All together, able to create peace or massive destruction,

Only those with a pure heart can unlock it and have to overcome the trials that the Goddess' have set up,

Now listen heroes, and stop the corruption from this Era,

Dala'ruh."

That's how it went, and the Goddess Safi gave me the honour for being one. But, I have still not overcome the trial set before me, which I do not know of about. I again felt the sand erupt, so it's happening now as I think of it. The Ayakashi have summoned their leader , the Succubus Lavto. How ? I have no idea, I thought the seal was strong enough to keep her in for thousands of years. But the Goddess' already had fortold this, so I didn't actually expect that the seal would hold long. It kept her in for hundreds of years, not thousands. But my duty as a nomad is to protect my Goddess from any harm, which means I'll have to unlock my Divine Light. And so do the other four, but I first need to find them and we all have to overcome our trials. If not, we're all doomed to our fate. I stood up, whistled and my Crow Laohara came. He flew on my hand, and sat there looking at me. I was looking at myself, since I could only see through his eyes. Ankhet:"Laohara, we're leaving for Arishalore. We have to find the others." Laohara was looking at me like he understood what I meant, and he climbed to my shoulder. I picked up all my items and put them in a woolen sack and ventured on. In hope of restoring the peace forever on this world.

Marcus Triun - Part 41

The earth started to shake. It has been done, it is time. I fell on the ground, and so did the kid. The earthquake was so heavy, it made splits in the earth which the kid almost fell in, I turned my head to the kid and I ran towards him as fast as I could. He was holding onto one split and I quickly grabbed his arms to pull him up on the vast ground. ???:"HOLY...Thank you thank you thank you soooo--..." Volfram:"Hush." I looked to him in a way that he was wasting my time. Volfram:"Probably if you wouldn't have been here, I just could go on without worrying about you falling in five kilometre deep holes." ???:"I'm sorry for all the inconvenience I have caused in this short amount of time... But I just want to come with you and avenge my old teacher for what he has done to this village... I just don't remember him this way. And I want to get the monster back that took my father.. " I felt sorry for the kid, and I really did want to help him. But it's simply not my thing. This is probably the worst choice I have made in my life, I grinned from the inside. Volfram:" Alright kid, you can go with me. As long as you don't hold me up, since I'm a lone wolf. I don't like company that much." ???:"I really appreciate this...Sir... Cucurion is the na--..." Volfram:"Please, we already have lost too much time. It's time to go, do you have a horse?" Cucurion :"...N-...No..." Volfram facepalmed himself. Great. Just great. Volfram:"Do you have any family members which you want to say goodbye to?" Cucurion:" I have sister, and I don't know where my father is. Probably the Ayakashi took him with them...Or worse...I brought my sister to the inn of Dalushville, she can work there and in return for the work and effort she can sleep and eat there." Volfram:"Great, well you can sit on the backside." Cucurion:"...Where did that darn earthquake come from anyhow?" Volfram:"Seals have been broken, they won't be ever healed now. We have to terminate the cause of the thing that created this, before the whole world will suffer from this." Cucurion:"...Has this to do with Marcus?" Volfram:"Probably, yes. But I'm not sure yet, to be honest I'm not sure if Marcus did this." I walked to my stallion and hopped on again, there was nothing to find here anymore. Probably the kid would be the closest thing to find Marcus, or the other Ayakashi. Volfram:"Well, grab your stuff together so we can leave this place." Cucurion:"If I would have any, I still wouldn't have took it. We're losing time we have to leave now." NOW he was making sense. He jumped onto the back of my mighty stallion. Happily she was strong enough to hold the both of us. I galloped away, I heard the kid talking to me on the backseat. Cucurion:"But Sir, what is your name?" Volfram:"If I will tell you, I'll probably have to kill you." I said on a gruesome tone. Cucurion:"I've stared into the death anyways. So I wouldn't mind you killing me." I started to like the kid. Volfram:"Volfram is the name. The rest does not matter.." Cucurion:"...Damnit, I can't see so well anymore." Volfram:"Probably since you caught some wooden splinters in your eye." Cucurion:"How did you --..." Volfram:"We witch-hunters, locate very small details. It's probably better to keep it inside your eye since surgery will probably make you blind anyways." I could hear the kid agreeing. Volfram:" Any idea where Marcus would venture to?" Cucurion:"Well actually I ha--..." He stopped. Volfram:"You actually ha? I beg you pardon?" Cucurion:"Stop with galloping, v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y..." I stopped my stallion, and jumped off. Cucurion looked totally white in his face and he was stiff, sitting on the stallion. What was he doing? I turned my face to the direction where he was looking at. Oh...My...Lord... Ogres, Orcs, Trolls, Goblins all working together. Creating monstrous catapults, weapons and houses. Camps and Patrol-Sentinels, which were gigantic ogres, everywhere. I saw in the corner of my eye, that a towerguard (a troll) was readying an arrow and was marking for the kid's head. I ran towards him and jumped...I threw him off the horse, and ducked together with him behind the horse. I could hear the horse whinny, and I saw arrows flying through it's body. It was just a matter of a second that I realized the horse would fall on us if it died, so I quickly stood up with all my weapons and grabbed the kid so he stood on his feet. He was still paralyzed, eventhough you wouldn't suspect such a thing from a kid with such a body and courage. I ran with him, I heard a horn was blown, and I could feel the earth shake because of the monsters that were running over the ground. They're too fast. I saw a hollow tree, and I dumped the kid in there and said:"Keep yourself silent. I will attract them so they will follow me, and leave you alone. Just keep your mouth shut." I walked away from the hollow tree, took out my flintlock and I saw the monsters looking for us. I loaded my flintlock, aimed for one of the Goblins heads, and I shot one through the head. They noticed me, and chased after me. I had to be quick about this one. I ran far into the woods, I could hear them still chasing me. Darn. I ran to a tree and dissolved into the shadow of the tree. Two Orcs, both pretty muscular, walked past me trying to find me. They were talking in Orcish, happily I could understand it. Since as a Witch - Hunter you need to speak atleast seven languages, happily Orcish was one of 'em. Orc Sentinel:"Darn that human, our master probably would've tortured him and we could've eaten his remains." The other Sentinel snorted and laughed:"Probably, yes. Our Demon lord Marcus won't be too happy about this though." Darn, Marcus already gathered quite an army in such a small time. Orc Sentinel:" Now we finally have the chance to show the humans, elves , angels and so on that we can think for ourselves too. That we have power too, and then WE can ban THEM from this world." So that's how he manipulates them. I still had my flintlock in my hand, and I unsheathed my rapier with the other hand. I shot the first sentinel through his head, and decapitated the other sentinel as quick as he turned his head around. I heard someone screaming. Darn, the kid ! I sheathed my rapier, and ran towards the hollow tree with the flintlock in my hand...It weren't the monsters nor Marcus that captured the kid. It was someone far more dangerous. A horrific sight to see. It was him. It was Daemon.

Marcus Triun - Part 40 ( Daemon's Side)

Finally, our ceremony is ready to summon our beloved Succubus , Lavto, back to life. After the seal that has been put on her to keep her away from harm to the people of Arishalore. But finally, after all the sacrifices I had to make, I will finally be seen as her true champion and guardian. And even luckier, we found her long lost son at that tradepost arena. Foul Marcus. I smiled at myself when I arrived at our hideout. I glided towards the ground and stood on my feet. I transformed back to my original form, since my ultimate form wasn't needed anymore. I grabbed the vial full of blood from my belt and held it abit upwards into the sky so I could see the sun shine through the vial of blood. Shame it's needed to resurrect our beloved succubus, otherwise I would've used it for other things. In time, Marcus will take over the world in the name of Ayakashi, and I will serve with him and my beloved succubus. I stepped into the building, Ayakashi brothers saluting me everywhere since I was the semi - highest rank that you could possible get , Champion of the Succubus was the most honourable title you could achieve. I entered the summoning room, and Ayakashi were making sure everything was ready for the ceremony. It was a really big room. Atleast nine metres in height and in length and depth both twenty metres. There was a large pentagram drawn onto the ground, so our succubus could revive onto there. There were one hundred small pentagrams drawn on the ground twenty-five each to the North , East , South and West. On each pentagram stood one Ayakashi, kneeling, praying to our succubus and spitting out foul words of our language.
"Lavto,

our beloved Succubus,

may your wounds swell up with blood,

so we can heal them, protect you,

and once again revive you,

in need of your dire power,

we ask you,

Lo'Danushi,

Come back to us. "

They all sung with joy and love. They all stood up and were dancing our traditional revival dance. Only WE can possess this kind of power. No one else. Only us. I walked to the pentagram, in front of the Succubus' Pentagram. Did I say one hundred pentagrams? I meant one hundred and two. Including mine, and the Succubus'. I still had the vial in my hand, and I took out the knives the Blood Elf used and cut myself in my hand. I poured my blood in it, and then I also dropped the tears of an Angel in it. Marcus' little girlfriend. Fiona. I grinned on how I killed that pitifull girl, how hard she screamed , how joyful. Ofcourse that Shunin warrior didn't kill her, she was still alive then, but I did kill her. I mixed all the ingredients with each other, and poured it on the pentagram in a certain form. A triangle, and an eye on top. Our sign. I went kneeling on my pentagram, and all other Ayakashi were done with their dance and also kneeled on their pentagram and then we prayed. After half an hour we all yelled : " Lavto, Revive!" Black goo came all over the pentagram, and the pentagram shined and lit up in a mix with Black , Red and White. Then fromout the nowhere, a shadow appeared. Covered in black, only the eyes lit up in red. Then slowly started to create a form, a form of a human. The body of Fiona. With that Body she could walk on the earth with her might, with the blood of a Blood Elf she has the strength to use her powers, and with the blood of a High Ayakashi she has the power of a Succubus. When she was done, she glided up into the air, and she drained power from all the Ayakashi around her, except for me, to strengthen herself up after centuries of sleep. When she had enough, all Ayakashi fell on the ground without moving. She spoke:"I want to speak with my only Champion. Take these bodies away." Two hundred Ayakashi stormed inside, gathered all the bodies and left again, leaving me with Lavto. She came close, and with that I mean she came really close. Lavto:"So you're my Champion and reviver? I do owe you alot for going all through this for me." Even with her voice , sweet as strawberries , it didn't affect me. As I had no soul or heart. Daemon:"The pleasure is all mine. " Lavto reached out to my chin with the tip of her finger:"I will do anything, ANY-THING for you, to repay you." I held my head down, and prayed to her. Daemon: " My dear Succubus, I demand nothing more then be your Champion, for always. I want to serve you, protect you forever and for our kind. No one will ever hurt you, on my watch." I could feel she was smiling at me. Lavto:" You are my most faithful Champion I've ever had. So I will give you a part of my powers. You are my chosen one. You are one of a kind. And YOU are destined to bring all races under my order, and bring our whole world begging before my feet. And if you are in need of anything, my offer still stands." She laughed. She held her hands up, creating a lightball in her hands. She then held it in one hand, and lifted the hand onto my shoulder. I could feel the power imbueing me. I became invincible. I became a Devil. Razor - Sharp black claws, teeth and Dark red, almost black eyes. Snowwhite hair, long. Muscles bigger then anyone could imagine. So fast as a Lion, so strong as a Mammoth and so fierce as a Devil. I'm a masterpiece, and no one will stop me, for the cause of our Succubus. My Succubus, Lavto. Lavto:" Now go, and venture on. I've watched you on your trials, fetch Xylus to our side. I've missed my son for a long time." I stood up, turned around , and walked the opposite direction from Lavto. My body was made of Steel, something you wouldn't penetrate. On my way outside, a lowlife Ayakashi came running up and gave me Lavto's Sword. Deminish. I pulled Deminish out of his sheath, armor and power covered my whole body. I decapitated the Ayakashi.
